This workshop is the perfect start in understanding the scope of balayage fundamentals. Advance your skills as a colorist, focus on new skills, Hair Painting & Balayage, with a unique level in form and application. This all will help your color business grow and help your color work stand out.
The course will give hairdressers a fresh, new, modern perspective in free hand painting, and will motivate you to grow as a hair colorist. Our Paint (Balayage) Course is for committed hairdressers wanting to learn how to be different and be inspired with our unique approach to painting. Explaining our favorite Balayage lighteners, why we use them, and when, as well as our favorite mixing consistency. We will use props, charts, and other visuals to help. We will start with theory to the craft. Walk you through a live demo, with a “See & Do” hands on demonstration. Then we will have a lunch break, with lunch provided on site. We will then complete the afternoon with the Hands-On experience. Then it's your turn to mimic all the techniques learned, on your own mannequin head, which is provided. All educators will be available and present during this time to offer 1 on 1 help to any and all attendees.

WHAT TO BRING:
1. Gloves
2. Sectioning Comb/Teasing Comb
3. Clips (8 min)
4. Color Smock/Apron
5. Towel
6. Favorite Color Brush
7. Foils (plenty)
8. Styling and Finishing Tools. Products you wish to use for styling (blow dryer, curling iron, round brushes, styling sprays, etc.)
You may also bring your favorite glosses or toners that you may want to use on your mannequin. (Optional: paddle)
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
We will provide tripod, natural bristle brushes, a mannequin head, the lightener and developer.
You will also receive a SWAG bag including our favorite natural bristle brush and a notebook for you to take notes!
